The Process
1. Design & Space Planning
We develop a kitchen layout that maximizes function and flow, coordinating with the broader interior design. Cabinetry drawings, material selections, and appliance specifications are developed and reviewed.
2. Pre-Construction & Procurement
A detailed budget is agreed upon, cabinetry is ordered, and all materials are specified and procured. Permits are obtained where required.
3. Demolition & Rough Work
Existing kitchen is carefully demolished. New plumbing, electrical, and mechanical rough-in is completed and inspected.
4. Installation & Finishing
Custom cabinetry, stone, appliances, and all finishes are installed by our permanent team. Every detail is inspected and adjusted until it meets the Buildform standard.
5. Delivery
A thorough walkthrough and punch list ensure every element is complete. We provide appliance documentation, warranty information, and maintenance guidance.
