2. Design & Planning
Our design team develops schematic drawings, 3D renderings, and material specifications. You review and refine until every detail reflects your vision. We do not proceed to construction documents until you are fully satisfied.
3. Budgeting & Pre-Construction
A detailed, line-item budget is prepared and agreed upon before construction begins. We manage permitting, engineering coordination, and long-lead material procurement in parallel.
4. Construction
Our permanent team executes the build with weekly client updates, open site access, and a dedicated project manager as your single point of contact. You are never left wondering about the status of your home.
