Climate-controlled wine cellars with custom racking, stone floors, and tasting room finishes. We manage all refrigeration and humidity control systems.
The Process
1. Assessment & Waterproofing
We assess the existing basement for moisture, structural conditions, and mechanical constraints. Waterproofing and drainage systems are installed before any finish work begins.
2. Design & Space Planning
We develop a basement layout that maximizes the space’s potential and integrates with the home above. Material selections, millwork drawings, and AV/mechanical specifications are developed and reviewed.
3. Rough Construction
Framing, insulation, mechanical rough-in, and all structural work are completed and inspected before finishes are installed.
4.Finish Installation
Custom millwork, flooring, tile, and all finishes are installed by our permanent team. AV systems, wine cellar refrigeration, and specialty systems are installed and commissioned.
5. Delivery
A thorough walkthrough and punch list ensure every detail meets the Buildform standard. We provide documentation for all systems and warranties.
